We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager to develop integrated lead generation plans designed to drive net new sales pipeline opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and cross-sell to existing customers. This position will involve you in multi-functional teams and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer. The ideal candidate must be self-directed with experience driving leads targeting small to mid-sized organizations, with critical thinking skills, and the ability to manage and execute numerous projects simultaneously.
The Lead Generation Manager will be successful by:
• Achieving MQL and pipeline goals by product line within allocated budget and timelines.
• Synthesizing internal messages from multiple sources and providing input to teams to develop and execute campaign materials.
• Delivering integrated marketing plans for each program and training necessary stakeholders on the program and value.
• Helping train BDR team on qualifying leads generated.
• Monitoring and tracking the MQLs generated in the pipeline and developing plans to help drive conversion rates.
What we’re looking for:
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or communications.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in BtoB marketing campaign management and execution is required.
• Prior experience with HubSpot is mandatory, as is a solid knowledge of multiple channels to drive programs and the understanding of how to message and position to drive response.
• Experience in training telemarketing organizations and proficiency with Microsoft Professional Suite.
• Experience in food or manufacturing industries a plus.
